I've been working with this for a few months and it's been pretty solid. The automations work well once you configure properly.
DomoticsExplorer: Totally agree — I had the same issue and solved it by reconfiguring the hub. Took me longer than expected that setting.

Quick note: Zigbee routing changed in version 2024.6. Use Zigbee2MQTT instead.
